Return conditions

To be eligible, an item should be unused, in the condition received and returned with its original packaging and included accessories. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain opened personal-care items may not be returnable unless faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs so we can review the issue.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times can vary by payment provider.
