Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been placed and you need to make changes or cancel it, please contact our support team within 12 hours. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

We offer replacements or refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact our support team and include photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds may not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Orders delayed due to circumstances outside our control
  • Normal shipping delays caused by carriers or customs
